The world should be able to tell us apart.
Not because no one wants to be around them.
But because of the unseen weight they carry, the vision they see, the tension between faith and ambition, between surrendering to God and actually getting things done, that is not a conversation most "spaces" make room for.
Loom Lead + is built to provide that "common space."

There's a lot of Christian leaders, that when compared to those of other faiths, or even those with no faith at all, end up revealing one uncomfortable truth.
Too many of the Christians are the worst ones in the room.
Representing the Lord in ways that make people want nothing to do with Him.
Perhaps somewhere along the way, the hustle culture, the capitalism, the grind, got louder than the Gospel.
And nobody held them accountable.
Definitely not to be a terrible boss. To steal clients. To cut corners. Or to treat human like a commodity.
Here is what we forget. God called us to be Holy.
1 Peter 1:15-16: "But just as he who called you is holy, so be holy in all you do; for it is written: 'Be holy, because I am holy.'"
HOLY means set apart.
We are called to be followers of Christ who actually look like Christ when we lead.
The world should be able to tell us apart.
Are you set apart?
It can get very difficult, I know. This is why we're here.

You are successful but something feels off.
Making money without fulfillment.
Never feeling enough.
Busy all the time.
Always thinking about the next big thing.
Like to help others, but don't know what to do with it.
Unsure what "God's calling" for you is.
You have a big vision but you are stuck.
Self-aware on God's calling but don't know the steps to take.
Know the steps to take but do not trust the people around you.
Trust people around you, but don't have enough resources.(Time/money/skills)
Paralysis from too many mentors/media consumption resulting in half-done strategies with no clear direction.
Constantly exhausted and burnt out.
Creative blocks.
No accountability partner.
You know God is calling you to more but you're scared.
Impostor syndrome.
Fear and anxiety.
Constant self-doubt.
Sensitive to rejection.
End up procrastinating due to doubt/uncertainty.
Problem with letting go of "control"
Always rushing/hurrying.
Lack of "spiritual" guidance.
To lead, one must first serve. This common space brings opportunities for leaders to invest in relationships that last for eternity while learning, developing, and account for the way they lead.

Most leaders struggle alone.
They fear talking about their "internal" fears with their social circle/church/friends/family with the fear of being a burden to them, while struggling to bring their faith to the meeting tables. They're stuck in between not knowing how to serve God and their business parallelly.
This common space is the middle ground that brings impact to both, while keeping you focused on the LORD.
To lead, one must first serve. This common space brings opportunities for leaders to invest in relationships that last for eternity while learning, developing, and account for the way they lead.

Loom Lead is a subministry of
Bali Bible Study and Bible Study Movement.
Bali Bible Study started on 12 March 2024. A small gathering. A cafe table. A few people searching for more of God and more of each other.
By God's grace, today there are over 7 locations across Bali, over 2,000 members across Southeast Asia, and approximately 26 on-site gatherings happening every month, with groups meeting across Bangkok, Indonesia, Malaysia, Japan, Vietnam, etc.
By joining Loom Lead you are not just finding your people.
You are stepping into a bigger partnership with God, a part of something bigger. Not only for your own life, but for others.
For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them. -Matthew 18:20.
For too long the church and the marketplace have operated like two separate kingdoms.
Faith on Sunday. Business on Monday. Never the two shall meet.
This common space refuses that separation.
We believe the Christ is at the center of our ENTIRE life, not partial.
We believe your business is a ministry and your ministry is your business.
We believe that when leaders operate from that truth, they build things that last, serve people with integrity, and bring glory to God in every transaction, every decision, every relationship.
That is the vision.
A generation of leaders who do not leave their faith at the door when they walk into a meeting.
Who do not leave their ambition at the door when they walk into a church.
Who carry both, fully, without apology.
