Refrain from sharing content that is offensive, discriminatory, or contrary to the values of Loom Lead

Honour the purpose of the community which is relationship, growth, and accountability in Christ

Loom Lead LLC reserves the right to remove any member from the community at any time and without notice for conduct that violates these standards or is deemed harmful to the community.

4. Events

Attendance at Loom Lead events is voluntary and at your own risk. By registering for and attending any Loom Lead event you agree to the following:

You attend of your own free will

You are responsible for your own safety and wellbeing at all times

Loom Lead LLC is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your attendance

You consent to being photographed or recorded at events for community and promotional purposes unless you notify us otherwise in writing prior to the event at [email protected]

You will not record or share content from events without the express permission of Loom Lead LLC and the individuals involved

5. No Professional Advice

Nothing shared within the Loom Lead community, website, events, or communications constitutes legal, financial, medical, psychological, or theological advice. All content is for informational, inspirational, and community purposes only. Always seek qualified professional advice for your specific situation. 7. WhatsApp Community

By joining the Loom Lead † WhatsApp group you agree to the following:

Your name and phone number will be visible to other group members

You will not share any member's personal information outside the group without their explicit consent

You will not use the group for unsolicited promotion, advertising, or solicitation

You will honour the confidentiality of personal testimonies and information shared within the group

Loom Lead LLC reserves the right to remove any member from the group at any time for conduct that violates these terms or the values of the community

Loom Lead LLC is not responsible for the conduct of individual members within third party platforms including WhatsApp

8. Forms and Applications

Submission of any form or application does not guarantee acceptance into the Loom Lead community or event. Loom Lead LLC reserves the right to decline any application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

9. Fees

Where events or services are offered free of charge, Loom Lead LLC reserves the right to introduce fees in the future with reasonable notice. Any fees will be clearly communicated prior to registration.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Loom Lead LLC, its founders, officers, team members, and volunteers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our website, events, community platforms, or any content or services provided by Loom Lead LLC.
